Mycharmedwhispers is a trading name of Mrs Victoria Seward, Holistic Mediumship and Healing

Competitions

Entries received after the closing date time will not be considered.
Competition entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Staff professionally associated with Mycharmedwhispers company, or anyone connected with the competition may not enter.
The winner will be announced on our social media, and they then have 14 days to message us their address to receive their prize.
The winner must be happy for their full name to appear on our social media and/or website
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The winner may be required to participate in promotional activity relating to the competition.
Prizes will be dispatched within 6 weeks of draw announcement

In Person & Online Zoom appointments & classes

Vicki at mycharmedwhispers cannot be held responsible for power outages, internet problems at your end or for your equipment failure. You will not be entitled to a refund or transfer. Please google ‘Zoom Test’ to check your equipment BEFORE your appointment starts.
Please ensure you join the appointments five (05) minutes before the start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted without prior agreement.
Vicki at mycharmedwhispers operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of physical or verbal abuse towards students or tutors in the zoom class.
Privacy Notice: No cameras or other filming or video/audio recording equipment are to be used to capture audio/visual of the people or class content in the Zoom room without the prior permission of all participants.
The class sessions may only be recorded by Vicki at my Charmed Whispers and by registering, you give us permission to use this video and audio recording.
Some recordings may be uploaded as a private listing to YouTube. These may not be shared with anyone without written permission from Vicki at mycharmedwhispers.
Content of all audio and visual recordings remains the copyright of My Charmed Whispers and may not be used for public or commercial purposes unless prior permission is sought. Any public use without written permission of all participants, whether or not for gain, will constitute a breach of GDPR and Copyright Laws.
Meeting times/dates may be changed in exceptional circumstances, but as much notice will be given for this as possible.
Vicki at My Charmed Whispers has the full right to remove anyone from the class without reason being given.
No refund will be given for any reason, including (but not limited to) missed sessions nor due to attendee equipment failure, confusions with time zones or illness.
If you fail to turn up for the class on the given day, you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Vicki at My Charmed Whispers is not responsible for reminding you of the session dates/times – this is your responsibility.

Chargebacks

In the event that we receive a chargeback from a customer, who has legitimately used the service as per the terms and conditions, then Mycharmedwhispers will pursue the customer to retrieve the monies owed for the reading. All additional charges that Mycharmedwhispers may incur, from either the merchant company or a recovery company, will be liable for payment by the customer. We also reserve the right to bar customers from the use of our services, should a chargeback be made against us.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or transfers for appointments cancelled within 36 hours of your booked slot. If you require a refund please cancel your appointment via the button in your confirmation email and we will issue your refund within 5 working days. ALL REFUNDS are subject to a 3% non refundable processing fee.

If you're unhappy with your reading

In the event that you are unhappy with your reading, please make sure that you contact Vicki at Vicki@mycharmedwhispers.com so she can help you. You must contact us within 5 working days of terminating your reading and your reading must not have lasted more than 5 minutes. All requests must be made in writing and are subject to verification. Refunds to customers will be at our discretion.

Disclaimer

All of the psychic, clairvoyant, mediumistic or astrological readings that are given are done and completed in good faith, but in some instances, the information may represent opinion or judgment. Mycharmedwhispers cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading.

We want to make it clear that Mycharmedwhispers is not a qualified counsellor, nor qualified medical professionals, nor do they hold any qualifications in law or finance and make no claims to this regard. Mycharmedwhispers may, from time to time, offer a personal opinion, but this does not constitute a consultation, may it be legal, financial or any sort of professional counselling.

We believe in your individual power to transform your life. UK law obliges us to say that all readings done by all Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

In using our services, you must understand that Mycharmedwhispers do not provide recommendations, counselling, nor give any directions for you to follow. In particular, if you have any medical conditions that you are concerned about, you should always consult a qualified member of the medical profession for advice and treatment. Any opinions that Readers offer related to the spiritual aspect of any health issue are NOT a substitute for treatment by the medical profession and we strongly urge you not to use or see them as such.

Mycharmedwhispers are not engaged in rendering medical aid, counselling or other professional services or advice, and neither shall be liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to be have been caused, directly, or indirectly, by or from the guidance given or ideas suggested, or referred to during a reading, or on this website, or in any related publications. Mycharmedwhispers will exclude you from using our services if your behaviour suggests or intends to unreasonably offend or abuse our readers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mycharmedwhispers, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of Mycharmedwhispers’s successors, assigns, and licensees.

We have no control over nor do we guarantee any actions that you may decide to take as a result of using any of the sites and services and by using them you agree that You will not hold Us responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by Customers in response to Services such as:

Readings and interpretations and advices provided by Readers;
The truth or accuracy of Content, information and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by Readers;
The truth or accuracy of feedback, Ratings, or other Content posted by Users or Mycharmedwhispers’s employees across all of the Websites;
The ability of Readers to provide Services such as readings and interpretations and advice as well as the ability of Customers to pay for the Service;
Minimum levels of Connections to Readers;
Incorrect use by You of the Service;
Any additional rates and costs charged by Your service provider when using the Services.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We have structured our website so that, in general, you can visit the website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Wherever possible, we use actual portrait shots of our services, although for some we may need to use stock images.
