What to Expect...

The Chakra healing workshops are a series of seven classes, spread over a seven-week period. Each week we will look at one chakra and how we can heal it. During the workshops, which last between 90 minutes and 2 hours each week, we learn about chakra, where it is and how it affects us in day-to-day life. Each week we will work on a different chakra and through meditation, we will find out what your chakra is trying to tell you. We will then clear and balance the energy within to help you release and heal what is needed at this time. You will also be added to a private Facebook group where you will find short videos and support. You will also be able to talk about your experiences in the group. The Chakra healing workshops are held over Zoom video calls. ✧ Join one single session for £20 ✧ Commit to seven sessions and pay weekly for £20 per week ✧ Commit to seven sessions and pay in advance for £100 (saving of £40)
